BOXING INSPIRED CLASS
Our boxing inspired class offers a great range of cardio & strength. This class is known for featuring some basic boxing techniques which helps with toning your body & making you stronger!
FULL BODY WEIGHTS CLASS
Our full body weights class is the most effective way to target all muscle groups without spending all week at the gym.
BODYWEIGHT CLASS
Our Bodyweight classes are generally based on strength training, which uses ones body weight to provide resistance against gravity.



STRETCHING CLASS
Our stretching class is generally focused on flexibility. We incorporate some stretching exercises to improve flexibility &Â reduce tightness. This is a class where you can come & relax.
CARDIO FITNESS
Our Cardio class, is an array of activities in which raises your heart rate, which leads you to burn the most fat and calories.
TONING & STRENGTH CLASS
Our Toning & Strength class helps strengthens muscle groups & burning calories. Our class focuses on incorporating a full body workout using light to moderate weights with lots of reps.
