WHERE DO WE OPERATE FROM?

At NAPT, we offer both online and in-person sessions and classes, tailored to suit your needs. Based in our home studio in Kyabram, we provide a welcoming and supportive environment to help you reach your goals.

HOW DO I BOOK INTO A SESSION?

We update our class and session schedule every month, and you can usually find the latest info on our Instagram and Facebook pages. To book a spot, just send us a message through social media—we’ll get back to you with everything you need to know, including session times, availability, and any important updates.

WHAT LEVEL OF FITNESS DO I HAVE TO BE TO TRAIN AT NAPT?

At NAPT, we welcome all fitness levels—from absolute beginners to intermediate and beyond! Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to take things to the next level, you're invited to train with us and become a part of the NAPT family. We're here to support, guide, and cheer you on every step of the way.

WHATS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

While we’re flexible and understand that life happens, we kindly ask that you provide at least a few hours' notice if you need to cancel your session. This helps us manage the schedule and offer your spot to someone else. Cancellations made with enough notice will not incur any charges.
