Here is an inside look of my homemade guacamole:
Ingredients:
1/2 an Avocado
1/2 a Red onion
4x tiny tomatoes diced
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Cayenne pepper
Chilli flakes
Pinch of salt & pepper
There is no method to my recipe other than cut everything up & add all the seasoning into a bowl & mix mix mix!
Healthy or not?
I say eat in moderation, I always have & I always will!
Surprisingly there are health benefits of guacamole, primarily coming from the main ingredient avocados .
These are loaded with healthy monounsaturated fat, which boosts brain function and health, they are good source of plant-based fats which is proven to help decrease the risk of heart disease and stroke.
