Walking, we do it every single day believe it or not...
When people hear the world physical activity they often think strenuous exercise, however in actual fact it doesn't have to be complicated at all, thats the beauty of it.
Physical exercise can be as simple as taking a walk up the street & back.
BENEFITS:
Maintain a healthy weight and lose body fat
Prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, cancer and type 2 diabetes
Improve cardiovascular fitness
Strengthen your bones and muscles
Improve muscle endurance
Increase energy levels
Improve your mood, cognition, memory and sleep
Improve your balance and coordination

Reduce stress and tension
HOW MANY STEPS SHOULD WE DO A DAY?
The recommended steps per day is 10,000 or more. I know that sounds like a lot, however it is possible. I find it easier to set myself a goal each day, I wake up & say "Okay Natalie aim for 10,000 steps or more today, you can do it if you put your mind into to!"

Include the family
Go talk to your work college in person rather than send an email or calling them
